• 영문초록 : This study was to investigate adolescents’ attitude toward and their perception of the social welfare perspectives on teenage unwed moms. The number of teenage unwed moms who are choosing to raise their babies on their own increases rapidly in recent years. The statistics of and papers on teenage unwed moms and their characteristics were reviewed. The papers on the effects of peer or peer group on the adolescents’ attitudes were reviewed. 358 high school and 210 university students in K city of Chungnam-do were sampled. For them, a constructed questionnaire made of 13 items about adolescents’ attitude toward and their perception of the social welfare perspectives on teenage unwed moms were administered. Statistical data obtained by this questionnaire were analysed using frequencies, t-test, and x2-—test. The results of this study were as follows. First, the adolescents respondents have the negative attitudes toward teenage unwed moms. But over than half the adolescents respondents have healthy attitudes toward teenage unwed moms. That is, they perceive teenage unwed moms to be the same person as we. Second, the adolescents respondents hardly knew the information of social welfare institution and law for teenage unwed moms. Also, they perceive the national supports for teenage unwed moms to be restricted as what unwed moms could not do and was individual dimension.

본 연구는 우리나라 청소년들이 10대 미혼모에 대해 어떤 태도를 갖고 있는지 그리 고 사회복지관점에서 10대 미혼모에 대한 국가적 지원에 대한 의견과 그에 대한 정보 에 대해 어느 정도 알고 있는지를 설문지를 통해 조사한 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 우리 나라 미혼모의 실태와 현황. 미혼모의 특성. 미혼모를 위한 사회복지관련 법 ■ 제도의 실태률 최근 통계자료와 관련연구들올 중심으로 살펴보았다. 또한 청소년의 태도에 또 래나 또래집단이 미치는 영향에 관한 선행연구들올 검토하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 충남 K시에 소재하고 있는 고등학교와 대학교에 다니는 청소년들 로서 남자가 279명. 여자가 289명, 합계 568명이었고, 표집은 모집단의 특성과 비율올 고려하여 임의표집을 하였다. 측정도구는 자기보고식 설문지로서 크게 3개영역 즉. 연 구대상의 일반적 사항, 10대 미혼모에 대한 태도. 10대 미혼모에 대한 사회복지 관점의 인식으로 구성되어 있다. 자료수집은 고등학교 교사와 대학의 사회계열 학과의 전임교 수를 상대로 연구의 취지와 내용율 설명하고 협조를 받았다. 자료분석은 문항별로 빈도 분석(백분율)을 하였으며. 척도문항인 경우에는 t검증, 그리고 교차분석의 경우 집단간 의 비율의 차이콜 알아보기 위해 X2검중을 실시하였다. 설문지조사를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 청소년들은 대체적으로 10대 미혼모 를 부정적으로 보는 것에 동조하는 태도를 보였다. 이는 사회의 전반적인 미혼모에 대 한 부정적인 태도를 반영하는 것이라고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 과반수이상의 청소년들이 미혼모를 우리사회의 보통 사람들과 다름없는 사람이라고 여기는 건전한 태도를 함께 보여주었다. 또한 청소년들은 국가가 제공하는 10대 미혼모에 대한 사회복지 차원의 지 원에 대해 거의 알지 못하고 있으며. 필요한 지원에 대해서도 개인적인 잔여적 복지의 문제로 인식하고 있어 교육이나 홍보를 통한 인식전환이 필요하다.
