• 영문초록 : This study implemented decision tree analysis which is a data mining technique in order to search crime revelation risk factor of the youth who are imprisoned by violating law in force though their psychopath tendency is low and protective factor of the youth who has not commit a crime though having high psychopath tendency. Among the total 1034, Subjects of this study are a group of 73 having high psychopath tendency and a group of 98 having low psychopath tendency. For the group having high psychopath tendency, protective factors of crime revelation were the number of close friends, high school records, and living together with parents. While risk factors of crime revelation for the group having low psychopath tendency are indicated as juvenile delinquencies(violence, ridicules of classmates, drinking & smoking, extortion, threat, outcast), family matters(divorce, criminal in family members, absence of father due to the death). Such study results show the need of preventive intervention reducing crime revelation through various interventions though psychopath tendency of the youth is high and various viewpoints to youth crimes

본 연구는 청소년 사이코패스 성향이 높음에도 불구하고 범죄를 저지르지 않은 청소년의 범죄발현 보호요인과 청소년 사이코패스 성향이 낮음에도 불구하고 현행법을 위반하여 수감된 청소년의 범죄발현 위험요인을 알아보기 위해 데이터 마이닝 기법인 의사결정나무분석을 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 1034명 중 청소년 사이코패스 성향이 높은 집단 73명과 낮은 집단 98명이었다. 청소년 사이코패스 성향이 높은 집단의 경우, 범죄를 억제하는 보호요인은 친한 친구 수, 높은 학교 성적, 부모와 동거였다. 한편, 청소년 사이코패스 성향이 낮은 집단의 경우에 범죄를 유발하는 위험요인은 아동기 비행(폭력, 친구놀림, 술 담배 문제, 금품갈취, 협박, 왕따 가해), 가족문제(이혼, 가족 전과자, 부사망)로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 사이코패스 성향이 높은 청소년의 범죄 행동을 억제하는 예방적 개입의 필요성과 청소년 범죄에 대한 다양한 관점을 시사해 준다.
